We want you to get the care you deserve.
Who am I!?
Growing up, Eryn competed in swimming and hockey and was actively involved in High School Rodeo. Having experienced major injuries herself, she understands firsthand the frustration and pain that come with being sidelined from the activities you love. This experience fuels her passion for helping people live healthy, pain-free lives.
Eryn prides herself on providing a full hour of hands-on treatment using a holistic approach. Her focus is on identifying and addressing the ROOT CAUSE of pain rather than simply chasing symptoms. Through comprehensive, full-body assessments, she evaluates global movement patterns, and identifies dysfunctions. She creates individualized exercise programs designed to help clients return to their activities stronger and more resilient, bridging the gap between rehabilitation and strength training for a well-rounded, sustainable approach to movement.
Eryn has a special interest in concussion and migraine care and has completed additional training in Craniosacral therapy, fascia techniques, vestibular and visual rehabilitation, and concussion management to better support clients with these conditions.
Outside of the clinic, Eryn is committed to continuous learning and giving back to the sporting community that shaped her upbringing. You’ll often find her on the road with the Canadian Pro Rodeo Sport Medicine Team or at horse shows supporting equestrian athletes.
When she’s not working, Eryn enjoys spending time on the trails with her husband and their pooch, traveling north to visit family and friends, or riding with friends on a borrowed horse.

“Eryn tailored the session to my needs, was patient and attentive. For the first thirty minutes, we reviewed my new work space, discussed pros/cons of certain adjustments to the space. Next we discussed my posture and body positioning, and what exercises I can do to improve my mental/physical health. For the final thirty minutes, we did some exercises designed to address where my body felt locked, to purge blocked energy and restore mobility. I felt much better after our session and recommend it to everyone who needs physical therapy support. The fact is, we will experience this lock-down as the new normal for quite some time. As such, it's essential we take care of ourselves physically and emotionally. I highly recommend Eryn's service as an aspect of personal care.”
