Consultation
In-person, this is designed for individuals who have a new injury or have never been seen by me before to discover what we are working with and create a plan to treat it. We will look at your body as a whole and get to the root cause of what is preventing you from doing the things you want or need to do! The time that is left after the assessment will be used for a short treatment and going through the exercises in your specialized program.
You will leave feeling educated, empowered and have a plan on how to help you reach your goals!

Athletic Therapy Assessment
Athletic Therapy Treatment
In-person, this time will be spent evaluating progress, implementing the treatment plan, progressing your exercises and deciding next steps.

I offer private one-on-one (or group) strength sessions at Inside Out Total Wellness. If you are worried about working out in a busy gym with others watching, this space is for you! You and I will have a studio all to ourselves (unless you want to bring a friend to join!) so we can reach your goals!
This is also for you to take your rehabilitation exercises to the next level or to check your form on exercises you are already doing on your own!

Strength Training
I will come to your house to treat you and your family! I currently make monthly trips to Lethbridge to treat riders (barn visits) and would be open to exploring other opportunities if there is enough people interested to make it worth the travel
