My Approach
I am passionate about analyzing what movements my clients need to achieve in order to live a healthy and active lifestyle, pain free. Each session will be tailored to you and you will be given exercises that apply to your individual skill level and needs of your activity. If you are tired of not being heard by your practitioners or just feel like you aren’t getting the results you hoped for, I’d love to chat!
What to Expect!
Your appointments will include a full body, functional assessment. Next, we will treat all aspects of your injury or compensation pattern. This might include any combination of cupping, mobilization instruments, fascia stretching, deep tissue release, joint mobilizations, ultrasound, shockwave, laser or craniosacral therapy. You will leave with a personalized exercise program or progressions to your current one.
The Calgary Centre for Health
The Calgary Centre for Health on the outskirts of downtown and has free parking available. We are a multidisciplinary clinic with Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, A Chinese Medicine Doctor that utilizes both Acupuncture and Deep needling and myself as the Athletic Therapist. Our space believes in treating everyone with a team approach so you may see multiple members of our team to help get to the root of your pain if needed. Our clinic has many technology at available including Shockwave, Bioflex Laser and a Red Light Laser, Normatec Compression system (arms, legs and hips), and three BTL systems: The Emsmella, Emsculpt Neo and the EXOMIND. We are one of two clinics in Calgary to carry and use the BTL systems!
Inside Out Total Wellness
The Inside Out Total Wellness location is a private gym used to train clients, review form for gym exercises and create strength and fitness programs that go beyond rehab exercises!
